About Pelvic Floor Physio
Are you experiencing urine loss when sneezing, coughing, laughing or jumping? Have you experienced an increased urgency to urinate, an increased frequency of urination, or leaking? Our goal is to improve pelvic floor function through targeted pelvic floor and core exercises, therapy with state-of-the-art biofeedback technology, lifestyle modifications, education, and hands on treatment to address pain and manage symptoms.
An individualized assessment and treatment plan will be provided in a private environment by our specially trained physiotherapist.

Sara Seaman, MScPT
Sara has completed The Physical Therapy Approach to Female Urinary Incontinence course from the Canadian Pelvic Health Academy. She brings her unique insight and experience in working with individuals with neurological conditions to her treatment of Pelvic Floor issues. Sara is only treating female patients at this time.
