This Privacy Policy describes how NeuroGym Rehabilitation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use NeuroGym FIT Mobile (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience.
2. Information Collection and Use
Our App requires certain permissions to function correctly:
- Camera Access: Our App requests access to your device’s camera to take photos of exercises being performed that are used as part of progress tracking and training progression.
- Data Handling: We use a third-party cloud service provider (CSP), Microsoft Azure, to host our services and store your personal data.
3. Data Storage and Security
Data stored on our CSP is encrypted at rest and during transfer. Our App structure included robust identity/access controls and Microsoft threat protection for a layered defence against data loss and unauthorized access.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use Google Play Services for internal testing and performance monitoring. These services may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
